Opportunity
This role will manage mobile performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Apple Ads, and more. You will drive the acquisition of new users that will help us take our games to new heights by growing our user base. Scaling our games into the top of the charts, you’ll have the opportunity to develop, monitor and optimize campaigns so that we can reach players around the globe.
A User Acquisition Specialist’s Impact

Monitoring, optimizing and reporting campaign performance on an ongoing basis.

Meeting user acquisition targets, CPI, and revenue goals while managing to an efficient budget and LTV target.

Developing test plans and experimenting with new user acquisition initiatives, then analyzing performance to identify the highest impact opportunities - including creative testing, product enhancements, pricing and audience development.

Proactively researching, evaluating, and testing new user acquisition channels.

Developing new insights and process improvements for internal user acquisition management, analysis and reporting as needed.

Share project status, dependencies, risks, costs, and options through effective and clear communication.

Your Track Record Includes
-
Proven track record of increasing & scaling customer user acquisitions on multiple platforms (especially Google, Facebook and Apple Ads) while driving down user acquisition costs.

Strong communication skills & an analytical background with a passion for developing data-driven solutions

Experience working cross functionally with internal and external teams, including Product Development, Data Analytics, Finance, and Creative to share best practices and communicate testing initiatives.

Thriving in an entrepreneurial environment while exhibiting an enthusiastic, flexible and innovative approach to acquisition.

3+ years of acquisition marketing experience with demonstrated proficiency successfully managing mobile performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Apple Ads, and/or other ad networks.

Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize acquisition budgets.

Fluency in KPIs such as CPI, CPA, CVR, CPC, CPM and LTV

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, etc.).

Success driving incremental volume and returns from creative development/testing and audience development.

SQL & VBA experience is a plus.
